4. Test Reports

Reports will be delivered within the communicated time. Delays may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances. Patients are responsible for collecting reports or requesting digital copies.

5. Confidentiality

All patient information and test results are kept confidential and shared only with the patient or authorized individuals.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, test results may vary based on external factors. Anamika Diagnostic Centre is not liable for treatment decisions based solely on diagnostic results.
